Account Termination by Dimensioni Serramenti DF

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement if the order is placed during our service hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00 CET). If your order is placed outside of service hours, you may cancel by emailing us by 10:00 AM CET the next business day, as long as the order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may still return the item within 30 days for a full refund using our standard return process (see our Refund Policy for details).

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, product prices may occasionally be listed incorrectly due to system or human error. If a product's displayed price is clearly erroneous, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within Italy.

  • Free Shipping: orders €130.00 and up.

  • Standard Shipping: orders €0.01–€129.99 — €16.00.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Carriers used: Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, and UPS.

Sales Tax

All product prices include applicable Italian VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by law. No additional sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

DMCA Takedown Policy

Limitation of Liability

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the Italian Arbitration Association (Camera Arbitrale Nazionale ed Internazionale di Milano), conducted in Palermo, Italy, or via telephone/online. You and Dimensioni Serramenti DF agree that each party may bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a class action.

Arbitration Fees: If you initiate arbitration, Dimensioni Serramenti DF will reimburse your filing fee up to €500.

Opt‑Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days by emailing info@dimensioneserramentidf.com with "Arbitration Opt‑Out".

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Palermo, Italy. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
